The renter must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Check your license validity
here.Car Pickup and Return
Free car pickup and return takes place at our office at Tulika 9/11, entrance from Tulika põik street. Opening hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00. On weekends (Sat–Sun) and for orders less than 4 days, an additional fee of 10 EUR per instance applies for pickup or return. Pickup and return outside the office is available by prior agreement for an additional fee of 15 EUR per instance. At night and on weekends, the fee is 20 EUR per instance.
Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is made, the order is automatically sent to your email. The booking is confirmed when it is acknowledged by a representative of the rental company by email or phone. If the order is placed less than 24 hours before the rental period begins, please contact our customer service to confirm vehicle availability for the selected period.
Payment
Rental payment for the entire period is due at the time of contract signing. For bookings, the rental company may request a prepayment of up to 20% of the total rental price, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation. A rental day is 24 hours. If the start and end times of the rental differ by more than 4 hours, an additional day’s fee will be charged.
Deposit
To rent a car, a valid credit card or a cash deposit of 100–200 EUR depending on the car is required. The rental company reserves the right to request a higher-than-usual deposit in exceptional cases. The deposit is used to cover potential damages or charges and is refunded or settled at the end of the rental period.
Car Condition
The rental car is handed over to the renter with a full tank, washed, and in technically good condition. Upon return, the fuel tank must be full unless otherwise agreed. External car wash and dry interior vacuuming are included in the rental price. Exception: heavily soiled cars requiring deep cleaning. Interior chemical cleaning costs 80 EUR.
Insurance
Renter's liability in case of an accident is 320 EUR and in case of theft, 15% of the vehicle’s market value. With Superkasko, the liability is 190 EUR (extra 7 EUR/day). With Extra Superkasko, the liability is 0 EUR (extra 13 EUR/day).
Mileage Limit
All vehicles have unlimited mileage within Estonia. Outside Estonia, a limit of 400 km/day applies for rentals of 1–10 days. Exceeding the limit incurs an extra charge of 0.1 EUR/km. For rentals of 11–30 days, the rental includes up to 5000 km. Exceeding this limit also incurs a charge of 0.1 EUR/km.
Territory of Use
Crossing the Estonian border without the rental company’s written consent is prohibited. With approval, our vehicles can be driven in all European countries, including Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, etc. If the territory of use includes CIS countries, an additional fee will apply.
Other
In case of a technical failure, the rental company does not cover travel interruption expenses (hotel bookings, travel continuation, return home, etc.). If the technical failure is not due to client negligence, return transport of the car will be covered by us. We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes interruption coverage — in such cases, your insurance provider will reimburse costs. The rental company reserves the right to upgrade the renter’s booking to an equivalent or better vehicle at the same or reduced price depending on the replacement.
