Free Replacement Car Conditions in Case of an Insurance Claim

If your vehicle caused the traffic accident and you do not have comprehensive insurance, the insurance does not provide a free replacement car. You can rent a replacement car from our company. If your car repair is carried out at our ARS Autoteenindus repair shop, the replacement car rental is 20–50% cheaper.

How the Rental Process Works

1. You must first agree on the start time of the repair with the repair shop and then contact us.
2. Notify the name of the insurance company that is performing your vehicle repair.
3. Provide your vehicle registration number (for comprehensive insurance cases) and the at-fault vehicle registration number (for traffic insurance cases).
4. We will book a rental car for the repair period.
5. We will contact the insurance company ourselves and coordinate the payment of the rental.
6. When receiving the car, you need to present your driving license, based on which we will prepare the rental agreement.
